Ariane - Slow yoga & Yoga Nidra

in Aachen & online, in English

Yoga is the practice where you meet yourself, wherever you are.

Slow yoga & Yoga Nidra, infused with Ayurvedic principles.

No pressure. No performance.

A practice of breath, slow movement and stillness, where being here is enough.
Adapted to your energy and to what your body needs today.

Weekly classes in Aachen, taught in English. Online sessions from anywhere.

A space dedicated to inner practice with a singing bowl.
Open hand opened in meditation.

Every other Friday I write to you about where I am and I share practices prepared for you. They live there and nowhere else.

It starts with a 25-minute Yoga Nidra. Lying down, nothing to do. It’s yours as soon as you subscribe.

From the mat

“I wasn't open to this kind of practice in the past, but my mental and psychological exhaustion pushed me. When I got to Yoga Nidra, I finally let go and could empty my mind. A real luxury for me.”

- Caroline

“It has made me feel calm and reconnected amongst this chaos of settling in and trying to fit in, into this new country. Every time the class ends I feel relaxed and rejuvenated."

- Jasmine

“I have honestly never been so relaxed and so present with myself after a yoga class. Ariane creates a space where it's not about mastering the most difficult poses, but about listening to your own body.”

- Kathrin

I'm Ariane, a yoga teacher trained in Bali
(200h with House of OM) and certified in Yoga & Ayurvedic Lifestyle (300h with the American Institute of Vedic Studies).
My approach combines slow practice, breath, and deep rest, shaped by the Desikachar tradition, through study, practice and retreats.

Slow and intentional. Not because the practice is light, but because slowness is what lets you actually feel what's happening. A gentle space to come home to yourself. Learn More
